Early Riser

Signed driftwood assemblage.

This beautifully bleached stem, whose branches, broken off, smoothed, rounded by the elements, contrast well with the black of rich brown African iron-wood. Here, it provides a spring-board for my version of a marvellous bird named the lesser florican.
