At Goldmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Goldmark account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal for larger furniture pieces.
