The inspiration for the subject matter came from President F.D. Roosevelt's proclamation to Congress, 1941. Roosevelt cited four essential freedoms which all men should strive for. These being: Freedom of Speech and Expression, Freedom of Worship, Freedom from Want and Freedom from Fear. the project was never realised.
